Process for Returns

Shipping: Pack the item securely and include the RA number. Ship to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refunds

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
- For exchanges, please specify the item you wish to receive as a replacement in your initial email.
- If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
