Return and Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Process for Returns

  2. Return Authorization: Wait for our customer service team to provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely and include the RA number. Ship to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

  • For exchanges, please specify the item you wish to receive as a replacement in your initial email.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
